HVAC Survey & Report
Independent testing of an existing system, with a written report on what it is delivering and what needs attention.
Before you spend money on an existing system, find out what it is doing. A survey measures the system as it stands and sets the results against the original design or what the space needs now.
What we do on site
- Measure as-found airflows, water flows, temperatures and pressures.
- Compare the results with the original design, or with current requirements where the design is not available.
- Identify the cause of shortfalls, such as failed dampers, missing balancing, leaking ductwork or controls reading incorrectly.
When it’s needed
- Before a fit-out, to confirm what the base building can supply.
- Lease start, lease end and make-good.
- Ongoing comfort complaints that maintenance has not resolved.
- Before upgrading or replacing plant.
What you receive
A written report with the measured data, findings and recommended next steps.
